Making an Impact as PAs in Leadership

PAs have several qualities that make them excellent leaders. In fact, if you're a PA, you're already a leader for your patients, the medical staff, and the admin staff that you work with. Meghan and Aaron are PAs who lead hundreds of APPs within their healthcare organizations. In this episode, we discuss how they got to where they are and what recommendations they would have for any of you interested in pursuing a leadership role as a PA.
